Walk -Thru Consultation $100
Walk-Thru Services begin with a home owner led tour.  We will discuss ideas and make recommendations for each room that will benefit from staging.  After you receive our recommendations, it is time to set the stage.  You can choose "Limited set-staging" or "Full set-staging".
Half of your walk-thru fee will be applied to any staging service.    
 

 Limited Set-Staging

 

If you are looking for a low cost approach to staging, this service is for you.  Attention will be given to main living areas, such as your kitchen, living room and master bedroom.  These key rooms will be staged and ready to show by the end of the day, with the help of the home owner and our staging team.

 

  • 1-2 Rooms Staged

                   $200-250

 

  • 3 + Rooms Staged 
             $250-350

 Full Set-Staging

 

This service is for the homeowner who is serious about getting their home sold!  Full-Set Staging is done exclusively by the professional stagers.

 

  • Staging starts at $400 depending on size and condition of the home.

 

  • Furniture Rental available for additional cost.
